Evidence Reports
CertPilot evidence reports turn public checks and customer-maintained registers into dated PDFs: Domain Health, Renewal Risk, Monthly Proof, on-demand Weekly Governance, and Access Review Register. They are built for leadership, clients, MSP stakeholders, and audit conversations that need a clear record instead of a dashboard tour.
The five live report types
The public sample gallery shows each report with fake data. Inside the product, reports generate on demand from your workspace checks and registers.

A monthly management summary combining domain health, email authentication, renewal risk, and access-review counts.

Weekly Governance Report
An on-demand weekly-format operational review from live checks and registers. It is not automated weekly delivery.
View sampleSource: Access Reviews
Access Review Register
A dedicated PDF for access-review evidence, grouped by system and built from customer-entered records.

Register coverage without dedicated PDFs
People & Accounts and Assets Register are live dashboard registers. They support the governance evidence base, but CertPilot does not currently provide dedicated People or Assets PDF report generators or public samples.
Public samples vs private generated reports
The public Sample Reports Gallery exists so visitors can inspect the deliverable before signing up. Those PDFs use fictional demo data. Private generated reports are created inside the product from your workspace domains, renewal records, and access-review records.
Open the Sample Reports GalleryWho uses the reports
Leadership
Gets a plain-English view of what is healthy, what needs action, and who owns follow-up.
Clients
Receive client-ready proof that operational work happened across domains, renewals, and reviews.
MSP stakeholders
Use reports in business reviews without pulling raw dashboard data into every meeting.
Audit and insurance conversations
Use reports as operational evidence. They support conversations; they do not certify compliance.
Evidence boundaries
Reports are strongest when the reader understands exactly what they prove and what they do not prove. CertPilot keeps those boundaries visible.
- Reports are operational evidence, not compliance certification or legal advice.
- Public sample reports use fictional data and are not production customer records.
- Private generated reports use your workspace data and are generated on demand inside the product.
- Weekly Governance is on-demand only today, not automated weekly delivery.
- Reports do not contain Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Gemini, license-waste, or AI-adoption connector data.
