Evidence boundary
The IT Admin Change Calendar summarizes vendor-announced changes from official public sources, normalized for administrators. Every entry links to its first-party source and shows when it was last verified. It is informational — it cannot confirm how a change affects your specific tenant, and it is not a complete mirror of every vendor release note.

Every entry is written from an official first-party vendor source — Microsoft Learn and Message Center announcements, the Google Workspace Updates blog, Atlassian's official blog and licensing pages, and Apple's platform deployment documentation. Each entry links to its source and shows when it was last verified.
Severity is derived from a fixed, documented rubric based on the kind of change and whether administrators must act. Retirements, end-of-support, and breaking changes that require action are critical; awareness-only feature changes are low or informational. No severity is assigned by hand or by AI.
They filter the calendar to changes whose effective date falls within the next 30, 60, or 90 days. Time urgency is deliberately separate from severity — a critical retirement two years out stays critical, it just isn't due yet.
Yes. The CSV export downloads the published changes (respecting your current vendor, type, severity, and timeframe filters), and the ICS export adds each change's effective date to Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar as an all-day event.
No, and deliberately so. It is a curated, admin-impact view: changes that remove, break, secure, or re-price something administrators rely on. Cosmetic release notes are left out so the signal stays useful.
