Who is affected
All Google Workspace Business and Enterprise customers. Former Gemini add-on subscribers stopped being billed for the add-on; all plans gained the AI features.

Why no action is required
No blocking action. Review the updated per-user pricing that applied to new subscriptions from January 16, 2025 and to existing Business/Enterprise subscriptions from March 17, 2025, confirm the Gemini add-on billing ended (last billed January 31, 2025), and review admin controls for the newly included AI features in your organization.
What happens if this is ignored
Nothing breaks, but budgets miss the per-user price adjustment and newly enabled AI features may go unreviewed against internal usage policies.
