Less secure apps and Google Sync password-only access turned off

Gmail enforces authentication requirements for bulk senders
From February 1, 2024, senders of over 5,000 messages a day to Gmail must pass SPF, DKIM, and DMARC and keep spam low, or mail is rejected.
