Summarize with Google GeminiGeminiUse the Gemini 'Summarize' step to turn the raw rows into a short, readable weekly summary. (Gemini is Google's feature inside Workspace Studio.)
Post the digest to ChatChatUse the Chat 'Post in a space' step to post the summary to your existing team Chat space.

Every Friday, read my Weekly Status sheet, use Gemini to summarize it into a short update, and post that summary to my team's Chat space.

Before you start

Prerequisites

An eligible Google Workspace edition with Workspace Studio and Gemini enabled by your admin.
Access to Sheets, Gemini AI steps, and Chat (subject to your admin's Studio step controls).
A status/metrics spreadsheet and an existing team Chat space.

Security notes

The summary reflects whatever the sheet contains — keep sensitive figures out of a widely-visible space.
Gemini is Google's feature; review the generated summary before relying on it. Subject to your admin's Studio and DLP controls.

What it does not do

Gemini output is a summary, not an authoritative report — review it.
Chat cannot create a space — post to an existing one.
CertPilot does not run this AI; Google Gemini does, inside your Workspace Studio.

Test it safely

Workspace Studio test runs take real actions — a test really posts to Chat.
Test against a sample sheet and a test Chat space, and read the generated summary before scheduling.
